Having just returned home from an exciting two and a half weeks on tour with Aeriosa, (check out this article from Revelstoke http://www.revelstokecurrent.com/2014/01/23/theres-only-one-response-to-aeriosa-wow) I’m home and diving back into creative life here in Vancouver.

Over the past few weeks I have been working with electronic music composer Phil Thomson during his artist residency with the LocoMotoArt Collective, at the West Point Grey Community Centre – Aberthau Mansion http://vancouver.ca/parks-recreation-culture/loco-moto-art-collective.aspx.  Phil invited Igor Santizo and myself as the IMP Collective to join him during his residency, which is supported by Vancouver Park Board artist studios in Fieldhouse program. Interdisciplinary artist Wynne Palmer has also assisted in the development of a workshop imaginal movement play and live performance event filled with light.

The free session imaginal movement play is an opportunity for the public (ages 16 and up) to witness and participate in the process through a participatory workshop and sharing of the work in progress. The workshop is on February 22nd from 1:30-3pm, at the Aberthau mansion, 4397 West 2nd Avenue, Vancouver. For more information and pre-registration, visit:
