Hello friends, as we head into spring I’ve got some yoga classes and workshops to share. This is a great time of year to strengthen your body, support your immune system, and create a state of ease in the mind through your yoga practice. Below is a complete list, including a new Thursday morning class at the Yoga Space and progressive workshop at East Side in May. Please send me a note if you have any questions, email@example.com.

Monday evenings at Green Room Yoga:
At Green Room Yoga the small class size and progressive nature of a pre-registered class allows for a safe and supportive environment for deepening ones practice. This class in geared towards yoga students with some experience who would like to work on their strength, flexibility, inversions and alignment.
This is a pre-register classes with some room for drop-ins, it is $14 to drop in your first time.
Please note that there will bee only one class April 21st at 7pm for the long weekend.
East Side Yoga:

NEW CLASS: Thursday morning’s at The Yoga Space:
The 13 week-session runs April 24th – July 14th

8:00-9:30am Iyengar Level 1
Suitable for those new to yoga, and/or new to Iyengar Yoga. Even practiced yogis will find a Level 1 class will help them discover fundamental principles that will refine and deepen their practice. The cost is $215 per-register for 13 weeks of classes. The class size is small so you get lots of attention, plus this studio is well stocked with all of the props that make an Iyengar practice so unique, safe and rich in learning.
From the Ground Up: Iyengar Yoga Progressive at East Side in May
From the Ground Up is a progressive practice to deepen your understanding of the yoga postures and how they work in your body. All levels are welcome.
Saturdays, 2:00-4:00pm, May 3rd, 10th, 24th, and 31st (no class on May 17th for the long weekend).
$100 (plus tax) for all four sessions, or $30 (plus tax) drop in, pending space availability.

AND FINALLY…..I am very excited to co-teach an Introduction to Ropes Workshop with Siobhan Sloane-Seale at Yoga on 7th. Saturday June 28th from 2-4:30pm. More info and registration details coming soon.
